A short story about how this idea of Market Ready Property Services came about.

After a couple of unplanned life instances in our own family's lives, we found ourselves trying to help out a family member in one instance and a friend in another. They both had conditions that required more care and could no longer live alone. They both needed to sell their homes ASAP to help fund some of this care.

Unfortunately, in both cases, the individuals could not physically and mentally facilitate the cleanout, cleaning and repairs needed to get what they needed from the sale of their homes. So, our family and friends stepped in to help. However, all these family and friends had lives and commitments of their own. They could not personally handle all the work themselves.

Trying to find people and companies to come in and help with these tasks turned into quite the ordeal and very expensive because all this had to be piece milled together with separate people, contractors and service providers. This was when you got them to actually show up. 

The contractors were very difficult to get commitments from because the repair jobs were not big enough to make it worth their while. The Cleaners, Lawncare and other service providers were very expensive and did not care much about the quality because this was a one-time job.

Painters, just forget it. no one would even consider coming out for a couple rooms and some touchups.

Figuring out how to pay for all these services before closing the sale of the house was complete, well let's just be thank for again for family and friends.

This was where the concept of Market Ready Property Services was born and became a family owned and operated full-service property readiness company.

One company that can handle the cleanout, cleanup and repairs inside and out of a home needing to go to market. Providing a full turnkey solution with no headaches and often far less cost than the property owner acting as the facilitator to peace mill the services together that are needed.

Property Owners are less stressed and happier, and the Realtors are happier because they are more successful selling the properties faster and for more money.

Property Managers just have too much going on to worry about these things. That is our job.
